Open your map.

Select Markers.

Use left/right arrow keys to go between marker sets. One of them is your party members (only displayed when in a party).

one more question, why can't I invite someone to a party sometimes? I get the message "you cannot invite that person at this time"

Typically means they have a pending invite request or something similar.

There is also a bug where the LFP flag on a player may still be shown (green exclamation point) but they are actually in a party. The name color will show if they truly are in a party or not (not in party = white name, in party - yellow or blueish name color)
