Should be in all honesty no reason to ever use it unless you know changes or a perk thats worth having that I don't by installing 100% all expansions/patches then running Nasomi. Just my 2 cents.

Well if you don't use the nas installer you're gonna have all sorts of issues, for example, all your spell cast bars and MP costs will be off. You'll think you have MP to cast a spell but you don't.

I use the (now older) Nasomi installer (never had ffxi installed on this Pc before) and all my etude cast bars are off. A bunch of my low level blm nukes are wrong mp wise.

What version was this? Either you updated FFXI at some point (which breaks all of those things) or you have a very old installer version.

I joined a few months ago (the day character Tiberon was created) and used the non torrent download.

No changes since.

I can look up verify installed version when I'm home from work
