I have reached out for help but I believe Nas is the only one who may be able to fix this.

I managed to get a CS for the "Old Monument" BRD job quest, then traded the parchment. I believed it has said I got the Poetic Parchment but it was not in my inventory to trade back to the NPC.

Please If anyone hass any ideas that may resolve this faster please help.

I have:
Zoned
Relogged
Talked to NPC's again
Changed Jobs
Tryied to trade/talk Rune
again

We asked you to contact nas by PM in naschat so he could be made aware and possibly fix you, but you left!

Nas doesn't read the forums, and this section of the forums is, as titled, for player support only (as in, from players).

I have PM'd Nas. Still waiting on a response. This post was just to be as thorough as possible. And as I had run out of time anyhow, it seemed logical.

When you contact nas, the worst thing you can do is leave chat so that he can't talk to you.

We were actually discussing, the moment you left, how bad it is for players to just PM nas and leave.

You should expect days to weeks to months for your issue, not hours. Please re-post your issue in naschat every single day until he gets to you
