Completed Teleport-Altep quest, returned the letter to the NPC in San D'Oria, zoned, came back another day, zoned again, etc, still not giving me to item. My title states that I have completed the quest, but the NPC will not give me the reward.

Checked your inventory? Made sure it's got space? Spoke to Charlaimagnat? Title 'Acquirer of Ancient Arcanum'?

If you've checked all them twice, send nas a PM in IRC chat.

I've received the title, but never got the item. The NPC keeps telling me to come back another day.

I've waited multiple in-game days and zoned repeatedly, went about my business for an hour or so and came back, still no reward.
