Hi I've got a character stuck while zoning from Ordelles to la theine. I try to log into the charcter and I get a 3001 error code after a black loading screen. The character is Stimps.

What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

i am got dced while zoning and can not log back in.
my character's name is Syl.
