I'm new to Nasomi. i have the game working but i can't get my xbox 360 wired controller to work. i tried what the website said. (going into the NasomiXIConfig) but nothing seems to get it work. it doesn't recognize the inputs. my windows recognizes them when i check the device settings but Nasomi doesn't. I'm lost and this game on keyboard is a little rough. Please help.

I am having the same issue with the Xbox one wired controller. Works when I have the config opens but as soon as the game opens it will not work at all.

Same issue with the wireless xbox 360 controller. Tried setting gamepad settings to Preset E (works in retail). Once I log into the game, the gamepad doesn't respond at all.

Did you launch the config as admin? If you don't, the changes won't save.

UPDATE

When I clicked load out E, I was able to get the Config to read my controller inputs. I was also able to change keybinds and they seem to be working in game, as well.

This is an issue for me, too. There has to be a fix because it seems like plenty of people are using controllers to play. The Config just doesn't recognize my wired 360 controller. Windows does and everything works when I test it there. I've also used the controller to play other games on pc.

Any ideas on how to get Config to recognize the inputs from my controller?

I ran NasomiXI Config as admin, set the xbox gamepad config to preset E. I noticed when I reopen the config, the xinput checkbox becomes unchecked. The reason to use preset E is because it lets you use the L/R triggers as macro buttons, otherwise you got to use janky 3rd-party drivers. Not sure what the culprit is here

So, other thing I did that potentially could have helped me are:
1: I downloaded the Switchmonitor thing from the downloads page because it had an association to using a controller. I did nothing else with this.
2: I read somewhere in my searches that the windows 10 drivers for xbox controllers wasn't working well with Nasomi, so they recommended downloading the windows 7 version to use. I did this as well. Download the 32 or 64 bit version you need.

The real break through came when I picked preset E but I think it was that xinput that helped. If your xinput isn't staying on, that could be your biggest issue but those things may be worth at least a shot.

Hmm somehow I got mine working after a combination of:
- restarted my PC
- turned off Windows 10 fast boot

Friend just had this issue too. They solved it by installing directx from Microsoft (yes they were on Windows 10 and fully up to date). All the gamepad settings started working in config and in-game.
