Played FFXI when it was first released. I have so many great memories with this MMO, sadly the official servers are dead or dying. This game really needs a single server with one community backing it, and here it is. Nasomi is really bringing back that old nostalgia feeling from when I first started playing FFXI. I bought the collectors edition of FFXIV hoping for another great experience, but alas, that was not the case. FFXI is and always will be the greatest MMO in my eyes. I hope this community keeps growing and growing, and I hope to meet many of you in-game.
