I don't know.. It seems like a lot of other people are loading up on INT and not really having the same concern as you, and you're not doing that because you don't think it should matter.
Well, Skill > Raw INT, and Ninja doesn't get an assload of INT gear. But you haven't seen my Red Mage, which is decked out, so it's normal for folks like you to just assume that sort of thing. But I went out with +20Int, which is 4 less for Rings and 2 less for belt. But I'm using Koga Belt, and instead of the Int+ Yasha Headpiece, I'm using the AF Head for the SKILL because SKILL affects it significantly more.

Only one way to find out.
Why don't you build a full int set and see if it resolves your issue?
Could also look at the DSP code and see how ninjutsu resist rates are coded, unless we believe Nasomi has deviated from the DSP codebase on this.
He has, it's how the Ninjutsu stuff and Blue Mage stuff is very different as is.
And as I said, I went to test. With the gear I can use, 70+20 Int vs T-VT Goldfish. I landed 1, maybe 2 unresisted Casts per Ele Wheel Rotation. Again with the mostly Full and 3/4 Resists. I don't got crazy high Int+, but +5 Skill > +7 Int for M.Acc purposes regardless on that. And with "how little" Ninjutsu Skill available, you maximize at +50 out of +53 on this server since we don't have access to ENMs at the moment.
