Just a heads up about a few broken things with Bard:

1. The group 1 merits for finale recast do not work.
2. The group 1 merits for lullaby recast do not work.
3. The -2 song recast on Sha'ir Gages does not work.
4. The -4 song recast on Sheikh Gages does not work also

Prelude doesn't scale properly, in that it gives NEGATIVE ranged accuracy at lower levels. I've tested w/ checkparam at a few combinations of singing skill + instrument skill and the behavior is consistent w/ the DSP code, which is buggy. I don't know how frowned on it is to post it exactly here. Short version is if you have capped singing/wind @ 31, the level you get Hunter's Prelude, it will give -7 ranged accuracy instead of +5 or more. You don't break even (just +-0 ranged accuracy) til 44 BRD w/ capped skills. Then it starts finally buffing, but doesn't give +5 til 51. The goofy thing is that 31 BRD could take off the instrument and buff +5 ranged accuracy if their singing skill isn't quite capped, but capped singing w/o an instrument would 'buff' -16 ranged accuracy.

The problem is there too for the higher level prelude but in its worst case it still at least gives positive ranged accuracy, just very little.

Etudes and Prelude are AOE when you are supposed to select a party member for them.

This appears to also make the enmity generation insane. I cast two Etudes the other day in Qufim experience party and the mob wouldn't leave me alone.

Has this always been the case? The cast time on Etude is definitely lower, but I think prelude is normal cast time.

Just give BRD Pianissimo already. It's an amazing QoL that doesn't break the job or the game.

If BRD gets Pianissimo, RDMs get Composure, WAR gets Retaliation, etc.

You can't just pick and choose which WotG updates get shipped for different jobs.
