If anyone is wondering why nas doesn't post here, it's because he's going to get the same "why didn't you punish x? how are we supposed to know y?" etc discussion that is going on here.

If you want to break rules and risk nas's punishment, go ahead. It's not worth it, and frankly, even if it goes unpunished until the end of time, your fellow players certainly don't forget (notice how often this discussion ends with people saying "WELL YOU DID X!"). It creates an atmosphere of people thinking that everyone else cheats, and so it's ok for them to cheat too. Constantly stepping over the line, just to say that the line has been moved if you've been accused of anything.

Just play fair. Just be nice. Just do the right thing. Just don't abuse stuff.

Specifics won't ever exist in the rules. You all already know what is wrong and right. You aren't a young child who needs to be taught the difference.

On a side note: asking nas about any rule specifics has exclusively resulted in a much wider interpretation of actions that break the rules. Use this precedent to judge whether or not something may be unintended. (example: when asked about dualbox HELM, even having 2 character in the same zone was considered dualbox HELM; example: when asked about Xolo's ninja lotting, nas said it may apply to the rules, but he's been so destroyed by the community that he doesn't need to act; both of these examples were considered "ridiculous" and "how would that be considered dualbox HELM/fraud" by the community).

We have to understand that we won't be given exact rules.
We have to understand that nas won't act quickly.
We have to understand that his inaction is not an endorsement.
