What are some good food choices for the dunes?

I know for tanks boiled crayfish are awesome. (I have fished up a ton of crayfish, and will soon start making these, and hopefully make a little gil.)
For a DD roast mutton? (Not stackable so that is a little annoying.)

I am currently a lvl 11 whm. Any good mnd+ gear that could help with enfeeble magic? Orange juices?

Here's the food guide I like to use. The food use by job section will point you towards mp food, especially mushrooms for WHM.
I see a lot of WHM using ginger cookies which I felt were pretty useless when I was WHM.

Jack-O-Lantern is decent all around food for DDs if you don't anticipate dying left and right.

For WHM, you can just rock cookies for +HMP, a pie for a bunch of MP, or something like Sweet Rice Cakes for a mix of everything beneficial.

Hedgehog Pie :^)

No, seriously, if you've got big funds, it's an excellent choice for the dunes. The HP on top of the normal offensive stats really help you survive when you deal so much damage that you're forced to tank.

For WHM though, I'd just skip food alltogether. Maybe cookies if you really wanted to.

For Melee Jobs: Jack-o'-Lanterns (+10Acc, R.Acc, Eva, and -10Cha.)
Tentacle Sushi (Caps@+18Acc, +15% Acc gained, so less than Jacks. Also gives Dex & +1% Double Attack!)

For Mages: Fruit Parfaits (Gives +3Int, +2Mnd, +1Cha, +3 Magic Attack Bonus(Nerfed because 6 op.) and +3 Magic Accuracy. Great food for landing low level enfeebles, and is the best Mage Food for all levels!)
Ginger/Wizard Cookies are essentially the best hMP food you can get otherwise, and they don't last too long so you need to buy lots! (They stack at 99/stack.)

As I said to someone I saw doing that last night, thats incredibly wasteful and stupid. >_>;;

Boiled crayfish are 'OK' - but boiled crab is better in dunes. If your looking to make money on cooking through, your kinda shit out of luck if I can be blunt.

Attack food people do a lot, but acc>att. Especially pre 30's.

For Tank I'd use crab sushi +1, flat +15 defense should be on par with +% defense foods at lower levels, but obviously the accuracy is great.

DD I'd use rice dumpling at lower lvls, switch to pizza at some point when you can benefit more from +% accuracy. Both give same attack, but dumplings give some other stats as well for a bit of an edge at lower levels. Pizza is a lot cheaper though for the time it lasts so eh. Hedgehog seems like a huge waste at that level, just a much more expensive rice dumpling for what... 3 more str and some hp I guess?

edit: Navarin too a good choice for the ninjas out there, or really for anyone just going for attack foods.

For mages I actually recommend Ginger Cookies to recharge your MP as fast as possible since you only have a little MP pool at those levels, besides they are extremely cheap and you get lots of them.

3 strength is something like a 15-20% increase at that level. In a lot of ways, low level is when it makes the *most* sense to use hedgehog pies. And at 15k each, they are only 5k an hour. 5k an hour for faster exp and to get out of the dunes more quickly feels like a pretty great deal to me. If you are getting killed constantly, that changes things, of course.

While this is generally true, I was using Hedgehog when I was a taru PLD in the dunes before I race switched.
