Complete what's missing for ToAU jobs:

* Missing BLU spells
* Missing COR and PUP AF pieces
* Random Deal
* Everything that doesn't work for puppets (attachments, etc)

Adding the missing BLU spells probably involves adding level 75 ToAU mobs with their AI and TP moves. This list is assuredly a lot of work. :O But hey I'm just dreaming here.
