I just zoned into lower jueno. The only things that loaded are the sky and some background textures and I can't move my character.

When I try to use the unstuck option under account maintenance it says "You must be offline to use this feature. Log off and try again. " Clearing my session doesn't help.

According to <pos> I'm at (R--8)

Log off, then use the unstuck option. Don't use clear session if you can log out normally.
