If you mean the residential area, there's a glitch. The bridge is stuck up and won't come down.

Bonanza ball is for the raffle/giveaway. You want the wooden great katana from the festival moogle.

Can anyone confirm that we need to keep hold of the lotto tickets we purchase in order to still have a chance to win, or can you just buy as many as you want and drop them assuming they assign a unique ID to the lotto system on Nasomi's end like someone else previously mentioned?

I'm pretty sure if you drop it, you've thrown away 1K gil. But by all means, please feel free to buy a ton of Bonanza balls and drop them all to test the process for us. Cause we all know about as much about them as you do. I.E. :
