Not gonna bother reading all this and whatnot. But I'll post my 2 cents on the whole thing.

I think we need wider Population Count for Level Sync Range. Because at current, while we have hundreds of people, out of the, at the time of this post, 1,092 characters online, only 90 are lfp, that was with a /sea all inv, which checks ALL flags regardless.

I think it's silly we're locked to 10 after like 600 people, but I disagree that it should be abolished. Either you can learn how to lowman exp like we had to when the high end of a day was 300-400, or wait. Nothing else to really say on it beside "Widen the Level Sync Limitation."

Ive been here longer than most and will say that the only time in this server's history that players were not hitting 75 in the dunes, was when nasomi put in the level sync limit.

As for why 20 levels makes people upset, it's reasonable to assume it will only hurt over population of lower level zones, without fixing the problem of lack of camps at higher levels.

So I do agree with you and think that Nasomi needs to look at the xp camp situation 50-75 and give it some love. Either open up TOAU now that mob stats and base xp amounts have been mostly fixed or really look into xp camps 50-75 and start boosting some base xp amounts.

I've made this point many times, the number of people seeking doesn't necessarily go up with the number online. You'll generally see about the same number seeking whether there's 400 online or 1000.

The number seeking does go up. I tracked it for a few weeks. It grew more quickly than the pop growth in the same time period.

All that means is that people are more selective when there are more online.

The base exp of Tragopans(birds) in the higher level area of bibiki bay is giving 140 to a group of 6 on an IT mob. It is supposed to be 200. This camp is not bad, but the base exp is not correct, which makes it bad.
