Bsp measured bomb toss and it was at least 2 seconds (not instant) and the darkstar code gives it 2.5 seconds. I don't see why that'd have been changed here by nas.
It was not a set time in this era of retail (no idea about now), or the two different tosses had different timers, and on the long end, you could quite literally run out of range of a dropped bomb from melee.
I don't know if it's lag or something else, but there are times when I have had 100% tp, hand over the macro button, pushed it as soon as the gob starts, and the interrupt doesn't go off in time. It's been a some years since I did interrupts while raiding in a world 100 WoW guild, but I don't think my reflexes have degraded THAT much.
