This one is actually a legitimate concern. Accusing someone of a jailable offense is pretty serious, and people should be encouraged to defend themselves with all avenue available to them in these cases. With that being said, I would recommend the OP bring this concern up to Nasomi directly in his IRC chat if such harassments continued.

Nasomi does a pretty good job tracking unusual gil activities, so the OP shouldn't worry about false accusations getting anywhere in this case.

Probably not a good idea to accuse a player of being RMT just because they're chinese.

That's straight player harassment and should be reported in naschat. There are plenty of Chinese players active on nasomi, most speak enough English to get by with auto translate.
