I have just made a forum account and I have check the email and logged in to the forum. I was at the game account log in and it say i have the wrong info. Did and it said it was still wrong. So I longed out the forum and tired the info there and go in to the forum. an idea as to what is going on.

You likely didn't make a game account. To make a game account:

1. Log in to https://na.nasomi.com/account/index.php?a=login
2. Select the slot you want to make a game account for (like Main).
3. Enter the desired game account username and password
4. Submit the information

Now you can log into the game through the launcher. If you continue to have trouble, it's most likely http://nasomi.com/wiki/index.php?title= ... characters

When I try to log in to make an account it says "Login incorrect. Click here to try again." can't get pass that. I knot the info is right because I have tired a number of time login in and out of the forum

Your forum username is case sensitive.

Try changing your forum password.

Changing the password seemed to work now i am just getting a timeout at the checking name and gold world pass
