I know i have a problem with something, i'm just too confused/stupid to understand what it is i'm supposed to be trying to fix, so i'll try and explain it best i can.

So the other day i had an issue where I had two FORUM accounts, one with a character on each, i got in touch with Nasomi after receiving advice here:

I PM'd him the details and something seems to have happened but it's not where it should be if that makes sense?

so to make it easier to visualize, i originally had 2 accounts:

FORUM ACC ~~~~ CHARACTER
1. Frobo ~~~~ Frobo
2. Elim ~~~~ Lesser


after getting in touch with Nasomi (i sent PM's, he never replied but the accounts have changed), if i log into the website on FROBO, i find Lesser as my only character (i tried to bind the old account to the new one so now my FROBO ACC alt has a game account called frobo on it as i couldn't see my character FROBO on the AH website)

Here is the FROBO account, it used to have a character called FROBO in MAIN. It no longer does.

what i'm trying to get is: FROBO (the character) and LESSER (the character) to show up in MAIN and ALT respectively.


here's where it gets stranger to me: I log into the game using the FROBO account, but only my character FROBO shows up. on the website, only the character LESSER shows up.

I can't log into the ELIM ACCOUNT on the website anymore. If i request a new password, one comes in the email, but using it doesn't work.

can someone please atleast help me find a way to help myself out of this? I use the website a lot to track sales and stuff.

it was confusing to write, so i'm sure it's confusing to read, if you'd like an elaboration on any part, please let me know!

You messed up by selecting "create" and creating a "frobo" instead of binding "Frobo".

Contact nasomi AGAIN to get that resolved.

alright, i've sent him a PM, thanks once again. fairly sure i clicked bind though, it asked me to log in with the other acc's details.
