There has been an increased rate of reports of symptoms of what players refer to as "ghosting" since this morning. Although it happens to some players sometimes, it's started affecting many players today.

If any of the following apply to you, you can relog and be fine:
- No longer showing up in /sea
- Disconnecting when zoning

However, sometimes, you may also end up out of bounds after zoning. If this happens, you can use the "Unstuck" tool on the website to move back in bounds. To do this:
Code:
1. Log off.
2. Log into https://na.nasomi.com/account/login.php
3. Select your stuck character
4. Select Maintenance
5. Select Stuck
6. Click Help Me!

The following page will not load, but the feature to unstuck you will still work.

You can then log in and find yourself at the last zone line.

And lastly, the worst symptom: You may disconnect but find that your character is still online, preventing you from logging in. Normally, you can use the "Clear Session" tool, similar to the above "Unstuck" tool to force your character to log off, but this tool is not working for those affected by this issue.

Nas is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.

Also stuck in the "Notifying Server" Limbo... while I'm not a God Tier Tech Support I'm sure the old "turn it off and then on again" is worth a try...

If you were stuck in Attohwa, please check if you can log in now.

Sorry to bump this thread since its old now. But has anyone else had trouble with this and found an alternate solution to fixing the problem? I have tried other methods listed in the troubleshooting page: picking decline on the TOS page and waiting, replacing the USER section of the game, using the clear session option, tried different networks-normal home, phone hotspot and network my 2nd laptop has, so have tried on two different machines as well.
Its only happening with one of my accounts and my 2nd one works just fine and still showing the main online.

I once had this problem where my main char showed as logged in but it wasn't. Somehow a computer restart fixed it.

Give it a try!

Tried that along with the other things I listed in the other post, but thanks for the idea. Talked to a few people on Naschat who were having close to the same issue as mine, not sure if they got theirs fixed or not yet.
