This is not how you report someone. You go through the proper channels (all details/evidence to nasomi through a naschat PM), or else nothing gets done about it.

Stormstrife bought cobalt jellyfish on the AH for 40k while transferring gil to his mule, but it bought someone else's jellyfish instead.

He came into naschat last night asking if there was "anything we can do". Obviously, no, it's his mistake entirely and it's 100% between him and the guy who got the gil. We specifically told him that he could try asking the person who got the gil, but that he shouldn't harass them. Then, about an hour later, we get tons of messages in naschat and /tells to Mentors about a guy named Tasslehof (turned out to be Stormstrife's alt) trying to MPK people.

12 hours later it was still going on, with him on his main also helping try to MPK. I told him this morning, after 12 hours of this shit, to leave Qufim Island, where he was at the time, trying to MPK a party. He fully admitted to doing all of this and said that it was because of the 40k, and that he was going to accept any consequence for it.

I don't think he realizes the consequence will be loss of all his characters.

Yeah. 40k. Two high level characters. It was 'worth it' to him to risk it.
