I have been farming for the tier 2 en- spells for my RDM. I have gotten a few Enstone II scrolls, so I used one and put the other on AH.

However, I later noticed that I didn't have Enstone II in my magic list. At first I thought that I was mistaken and I didn't actually use the scroll. So I took the one I had on AH down and used it. This was yesterday and I can confirm the spell was in my list of magic I could cast.

Today I log in and again Enstone II is not in my list of magic. I am now positive that something is wrong here and I was probably not mistaken about the first scroll.

So, can anyone help? Why do these spells I learn disappear? Anything I can do about it?

They're out of era. All you can do is stop spending your time on farming for them. Check the RDM wiki page to see what other spells are out of era, also.

Oh ok, that makes sense. Good thing I haven't spent that much time farming them then.

Here's a wiki page with Out of Era elements, it's still missing some but it has the RDM spells you should avoid buying. Others that should be mentioned there: some DRK spells (like Absorb-ACC) and the Corsair rolls for DNC and SCH.
