There is less lag here than on retail in most cases (and it's only going to get better, regardless of pop growth). Nas purposefully has things set up in a way to prevent hitting the mob while following it, it's an easy fix if he wanted it to be hittable.

Would you ever consider adding Skillchains for Beastmaster/Pet, even if it didn't provide a huge increase in damage or anything? I just want to be able to do chains and have BLM/RDM do bursts off them and such. P.S. Thanks for being awesome :) is the quote

i’m not saying we need to fix the lag, I’m saying that mobs should not walk such a long distance and should not walk as frequently as they do. It’s worse than it was on retail

Better question would be if he intends to rapture all ZNM gear or at the very least PW gear once he fixes ToAU / ZNM system(assuming he ever does). Not having to grind zeni/pops for access to higher tiered ZNMs is why there's so many in circulation and commonly seen at the moment on Samurai with nq amemet mantles and spike earrings. Once they're fixed, that number will shift the opposite way dramatically. Till the hagun ENM is added anyway lol

Slippery slope, on that note, relics used to be easier to get.

I asked about current dual-boxing practices. It bugs me that I constantly see people dual boxing for everything. Farming low level zones, PL'ing their own party, etc. I know it existed in retail, but it just seems so common place here.

I asked him to specify what his personal goals of the server are. e.g. why he pretty much lets no one help things go more smoothly. And not just coding the server, but sort of like if Nasomi and Nabutso had a terrible osmosis accident. Then communication between the GM and players would be fantastic.
