There are certain areas that when I try and zone into them the game gets stuck on the black downloading screen. The only thing that I found that works is to close the game and wait 5 min and log in again. Is there a fix to this? It's getting fairly annoying. It's the same zones everytime, and happens to my main and alt.

Compile all the details and create a pm to Nasomi via Naschat(irc, see link at top).

Things to try: wired vs wireless connection. Different machine. Different physical location (say a friend's house). Could be any reason from a programming bug server-side to an isp issue with the connection to an argument between your network adapter and the router and/or modem.

Not an issue to report to nasomi. Sabin, please don't ask people to PM nasomi for any reason.

There are known problems with certain connections and scenarios that cause disconnections on zoning. You can try using a different connection to see if it is resolved. There isn't anything nas can do for you.

If it's same zones(something that's only compilable if reported) or similar properties can be identified server side(with a variety of ISPs), it could be worth having report logs.

Otherwise, it might be handy to have the list of known configs that are known bad so people can reference that. Else how will individuals know it's a known issue and tough noodles, they're just out of luck here, don't go to those zones.

It's not specific zones (it's different per person). If people gave us details instead of keeping quiet or PMing nas useless information which he doesn't share, yes, we could help people.

La Theine to W Ronfare
Lower Jueno to Port Jueno
Ghelsba Outpost to Yuhgot Grotto
Konschat Highlands to N Gustaberg
Batosk Markets to Metalworks
Metalworks to Bastock Markets

It everytime as well, not once in a while.

Did you try using a different internet connection yet? Or changing from wired to wireless, or vice versa?
