MNK burns party on the skeletons deeper into KRT, not the bats that are the 50~ camp.

Short of having top line gear on WARs, etc in TP burn PTs, MNKs are probably the best TP burn options there are. Throw a brown belt and some avergae gear on a MNK and they'll get chain 50 in KRT.

MNKs are fine all around really. They have more potential in endgame than most other melee jobs. Most times I end up going to HNMs on MNK and dishing out Chi Blasts. 1200~1500 extra damage every 3 minutes isn't fantastic but it does add up. Just don't play the job expecting it to be the greatest thing ever and you'll be fine.

Does anyone here do the monk skeleton merit parties? I've had 75 monk for a little bit now but never see anyone doing them. Would love to try it out. Never had 75 monk on retail so I only heard stories about those merits. Is it better then tp burn on birds in coast?
