Hey guys, I'm completely new to ffxi as a whole and new in nasomi as well. I've been using the official wiki as a guide to some aspect of the game.

If there's anything I need to look through to begin my journey, please guide me. Thank you!

Now here's my question: are Nasomi's merchant stock differs from the official server? For example the Windurst weapon merchants on official wiki said that he should be selling Cesti or some more weapon while I don't see it being listed on nasomi.

Make sure you check the history of the wiki page for older info :

Sells Cesti when Windurst is 1st or 2nd and I assume they are currently ranked 3rd.

Wow i get it now. Thanks. The other pages in the same wiki listed them as buyable even at 3rd rank oh well.

Yeah a lot of the current wiki information is inaccurate because of a lot of changes to FFXI since 2009 or so. Retail FFXI has a lot of adjustments that made it significantly easier for newer players.

To follow up on this - is there any general date we can look for where vendor info matches the best? i.e. mid 2007 on your link above.

Usually anything before 2010 when the big changes happened I believe, somewhere in 2007 (after march) is what you should expect
