With a plurality of players using Sandy as their starting city, I have noticed that Windurst has come in first maybe once since I first joined several months ago.

Are we expected to switch allegiances to pick up missing outposts? How do others feel about the imbalance of power?

I managed to get all the outposts as a Windy citizen about 3~4 months into playing.

If you switch you're just part of the problem. Windy has (had?) a conquest shell that specifically aimed to get certain zones every single week, and it was successful 100% of the time. You're free to start a new conquest shell if the old one is no longer running.

Don't forget that nations with less citizens gain more conquest ranking for equal conquest participation.

Hmm..every time I ask a pearlholder of WindurstWins if they're a conquest shell, they confidently tell me they aren't...... that's coming from 5-6 pearlholders. this is beyond confusing. I've been on this server about 3-4 months and I've yet to see Beaucedine or Lufaise go up to windy.

Then they've stopped doing their job. It was strictly a conquest shell in it's inception. Take note that everyone is allowed a sack, so they don't have to know that, but they should.

Lufaise has gone to windy in the last 4ish months. I was part of a group that went to Riverne to make it happen.

It legitimately typically just takes a solid group of people a few hours at the end of a Saturday to accomplish this in many zones.

The leader hasn't been on in quite some time and many of the more experienced/disciplined members simply don't put in the effort to organize conquest victories. At present, it is mostly a social shell of windurstians with the ability to do conquest.
