I just finished CoP after recently coming back to Nasomi. The whole experience was pretty mediocre: BCNMs are often easier than your regular exp mobs but most missions are basically you vs super frustrating bugs. Diabolos fight, Airship fight, Sacrarium run around, you name it.

I don't wanna get into whether or not its a choice debate, but fact is it's pretty much one dude keeping this server going. With the amount of sometimes almost game breaking bugs I don't think it's reasonable to expect new contents developed. Too much shit that really needs to be fixed, or balanced. Would be nice to be able to exp on gobs, would be nice to not have bugged AFs or traits etc etc.

I guess that for those that started 5 years ago and got to get like 5 free (read: one per dynamis run) relics and unclaimed HNMs running around, that time was a blessing that turned into a curse. What to do now that you got everything (often the easy way) and that no new contents can reasonably be developed ?

Maybe it's just not a server meant to keep a player past a year or two of intensive gameplay. Sucks, but it's better than nothing given genuine FFXI Classic server isn't happening.
