Saying "Account sharing is not permitted. Your account is yours and yours alone", and then following that up with "Violating this rule will link your account with another IP that doesn't belong to you" sounds like the consequence for the rule before it. And "If a character from that IP performs an action resulting in discipline, your characters will also be subject to the same punishment, up to and including loss of character/account." coming immediately after the rule, and what reads like the consequence to that rule... reads like that is when punishment will matter, and that rule will result in you feeling a consequence.
Pretending like the rules aren't vague doesn't really help anyone. Thanks for clarifying that, I imagine Nas will have an influx in people reporting account sharing.
edit: i realize you didn't write the rules, and that you've asked him to clarify the rules for some time, just pointing out that there is a very reasonable way to read the rules about account sharing that does not lead one to believe that account sharing, on it's own, will result in any punishment.
