I'm not sure if WHM is any better or worse, but I guess it helps get an idea of total cost if you decide to buy everything. Refresh is going for half of the price you listed which drops your total by almost 10%. I also know for a fact that ice spikes is cheaper as well because I sold a scroll two days ago (irrelevant because you don't need to buy it). Phalanx is 20k, not 50k. Not going to look up the other ones but I suspect the total is several hundred thousand below what you listed.
