I've been able to play the game for 2 days, but the moment my friend logged in on his laptop with a new account from the same IP we both started getting silent failures on login.

If either of us use a different IP to connect (tether via cell phone, VPN, etc) our logins work.

Anybody know how to fix this?

Did you try rebooting your router like I had asked in naschat?

Yes, fully unplugged modem and router and rebooted my machine.

Getting the same issue: login from home IP address, it doesn't work. Launch a VPN and login, everything works.
