That’s along the lines of what I was suggesting.

Not sure if Vik’s post was directed at me. They’re right, I wasn’t around when it was unstable and the crazy drop rates. That’s mainly why I’ve never mentioned it. I have, however, played plenty of the current system and find it dumb.

I think everyone gets to have an opinion.


Just to clarify, I don't approve at the rate that Bubu Manaburns get currency, no one should get a disproportionate amount of gil/currency that they are getting. I just don't want to see oldschool rates of relic obtaining. Cuz honestly I'd like to have one at some point without slaving my friends through a year of content just for me.

Would a BST be helpful for Relic farming in Bubu?

Yea let’s get back on track here not people crying about dynamis drop rate because they either don’t have a group or just don’t farm enough to get what they want.

I mean here is my input, leave bubu burns alone. Bring the benefit of going in with more people in other zones up, and everything should be good. Heck there we ways on retail to get currency at silly rates too that required specific setups, but they never changed those until the open zone patch.

I dont think BST need a nerf, just remove ZNMs from their zones, no reason for them to be up if they shouldnt be allowed to be killed. Any other pro that BST has on this server I think should be allowed.

Yeah do this. That way we can read everyone's bitching about how older player have ZNM drops and newer players can't get them. Just like the relic discussion we're having now (again).

What if we talked about the actual update. SMN adjustments: does Healing Ruby work on party members yet?

The system as it is will be reverted anyway if ToAU gets up and going, so whats the difference?
