Ok, I think the general point we all seem to be disagreeing on is the availability of skilled players. You shouldn't be in a situation where you have to decide between 6/18 single vs 12/18 dual.

I outright disagree that it's difficult to fill slots with skilled players in most scenarios. Yes, you can be better off with a good player dualboxing, especially when just trying to put a party together, but I cannot for the life of me see an endgame shell struggle to fill 18 slots for an event with individual people given the amount of people at endgame on this server, and the small number of endgame shells.

When I was with Yes, we had a few people dualbox at most, and that was just because they had been used to doing that at every event for years - we had 18 people (not just characters) for any scheduled event no problem (in fact, we often had -too many- people).

I agree that there are plenty of players to fill an alliance. I'd still prefer they all be dualboxers because then you can make two alliances instead and do twice as many things.

You'd party with them regardless of their dualboxing, methinks.

That's ignoring his point. Everything isn't equal, that's why the comparison is actually useful. I've partied with a numerous dualboxers that I'd prefer partying with than 65% of the people I get lumped together with in a random group when I just seek.

Your reasoning for not dual boxing is assuming everyone is equal, at which point then you might as well take two people to control two characters. That's very true. I'd rather have Fid and a person equal to Fid in my party on two characters. The reality? I can actually choose between Fid and Minifid or Fid and Godz. At which point I'd rather just jump off a cliff. The problem is that not everyone is remotely equal.

I find it highly suspicious that Godz has a V. Belt.

Maybe Godz is Nas/Nab/Aeroo?

If you goto a V Belt camp right now it's just a crap ton of people that are recently hitting 75 standing there hoping to win lot on one. I guess Godz did.

It's always awesome to think that, in the end, Godz has something that someone like Epyon doesnt. XD

Getting a V. Belt used to be pretty easy here. Lots of times during the middle of the night there wouldn't even be anyone camping. It's probably busier now though.

Because your experience in a short time doing endgame with Yes is indicative of every other EGLS/situation. Please stop before the gloves come off. 2boxing allows you to be much more efficient with your time. Multiple people have already posted scenarios in which this is the case.

Note: If you're actually good at this game and know the mechanics, you can 2box an exp PT no problem. I think I proved that with THF+RDM and RNG+BRD.
