ive set up my forum account which i am posting with now, but when trying to loging to get my game account it says I have lost my way

This Doesn't fix it, having the same problem and I tried Firefox and Edge instead. Same error message.

I'm told to create a forum account which I did. I go to create a game account and it says to use my forum account (which I do) I click on "Log me in!" then right after the log information disappears and this pops up "You seem to have lost your way, try again. "

Edit: I've tried IE, Firefox (Main browser) even downloaded chrome. I've also tried refresh multiple times, ctrl f5 to clear cache, I will try to clear anything else right now though.
Edit 2: Just cleared everything, history, cookies etc etc. still a no go
Edit 3: Friends told me to create another account, forum account works for it but still can't get past the log in screen.

Someone else had success after changing their forum password. Let me know if that works.

Edit: I'll try to create an easier password or shorter one??? brb

I took special characters off and it worked this time. Weird

I'm having the same issue here. I use a password manager to generate longer passwords with symbols, numbers, etc. That is probably the issue.
