Hello, I have an issue with my account, I've tried contacting nasomi via naschat but never get a response so I'm trying it here.

My accounts main character slot had a character on it that was banned, then I recreated it using the same name but couldn't log in to the game, so I deleted it in game and now the character still shows when I log in to the website. As a result, I am unable to create a new character with that login and its wasting a spot that I would like to have back so I can dual box. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can delete a character from the website, in the maintenance section after you select that character.

The reason nas didn't respond is because this is a question you could have asked either in public chat or here on the forums and gotten your answer very quickly

That sounds good except when i click on the characters name on website, it goes to a 404

Okay, I tried accessing the character from my phone instead, it fails to load the character page but does give the option to reload the page. When I do I think it loads the main character, the name isn't listed or anything but given the fact that the character doesn't exist in game it would make sense. If I permanently delete the character via the maintenance screen and it somehow deletes my now active character in the alt slot, is there a way to get it back?

It should say which character you've selected before you click on maintenance.

Since it doesn't, and I delete it is there a way to get back my other character just incase?

It does... if you deleted it and it clearly said what character you were deleting... I'm not sure why you'd expect any help.

But, if you deleted a character by accident, you can PM nasomi in naschat and ask for help. Include all the information required for him to recover it (like the name).

Since I'm missing where it says my character name, would you please show me so I don't have to bother nas in the event of an accident.

What did you click on before you were able to click on Maintenance?



You need to have clicked the link, which is your character name. That's the character which will be deleted.
