I click the character name, then the page fails to load. At that point I click reload then I can click on the various character links.

Character name is vulcanrvn. When I try to delete the character, it says I must be logged on in order to delete the character even though I am. I'm fairly certain the only way to resolve this is to have nasomi delete or reset the main character slot on my account.

Does it load properly on any other browser?

No have tried multiple browsers and devices

My original character was banned, because of a plugin I didn't know wasn't allowed. So I deleted that character and created another character with the same name, I tried logging in with this new character and no matter what I tried it wouldn't work. So I deleted it and created yet another character with the same name. This time I finally logged in but when I got in game it was a different character with a different name and even a different race. So I deleted that character and created another one with the same name and this time couldn't log in yet again. This time when I went to delete it, however, no matter what I did I couldn't delete the character. So after about 10 attempts to delete the character, I gave up and when I went the next day to delete the character he was gone at this point I tried to create another character with my original name but couldn't create a new character with a different name the same name or anything. So I logged into nasomi website and wanted to see if I could find what was possibly causing the issue and couldn't, What I did find however was that under the main slot in my account was my original character name but no matter what I did I couldn't access the character account. You know the rest from there.
