My main comouter just crapped out on me and I can't get it going. I have a Tablet PC that will run it, but when I download the install files they take up just enough space to keep me from being able tp install the game. Any ideas before the withdrawals begin?

Make space! Keep in mind the full install is 13 Gb or so.

The only other things taking up space are system files. It's bare bones.

I've tried installing it from Google Drive, but it doesn't find the game files. It just installs the uninstall.

SD card expansion? Provided you can expand and run from them... saw some 32 and 64GB U3 speeds ones on sale a couple weeks back.

If you go that route, pay attention to the speed ratings... most the deals are ones with the weaker U1 write speeds (around 10MB/sec sustained write speed). There is a higher U3 speed that bench at 30MB/sec sustained writes.
