Maybe make a specific exception regarding gilsellers? There are some things that are completely unforgivable.
I can't imagine that a lot of people who've been leveling their character for months or even year and then lost them because of stupidity would actually start over and not just go away. If we take RMT again - It's usually the sellers who come back.

Finally got down to 55 items.... half of what is up SHOULD have sold through over the weekend. Had to relist half the stuff the other night at lower price points, and things still stalled out again.

May be an unintended consequence of installing a listing cap, at least in the short term--more undercutting having to kick in to clear inventories?

Very likely. I see an increase in stock, and undercutting by 10% to 25%, on some items. Others not.
