So I saw someone selling this in their bazaars and googled it and it drops from the areas in the past which is not on nasomi,so where can it be obtained on nasomi?

The 60 cap OWNMs that drop the torques seem to drop them every so often. IIRC we’ve had both Lynx and Smilodon leathers drop in the same loot pool from VoS (or at least it was back to back in the same day, something like that).

Are OWNMs worth doing? The Sand Hare in Dunes has ALWAYS been up when I walk by. Why aren't people farming these more?

Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Gravity-kiting is an essential part of those fights (you don't tank them), and you don't have Gravity when sync'ed at level 20 like for the OWNM in the Dunes.

My static is considering doing some OWNMs soon but we don't have any experience with them, so I'll be reading any advice with interest. ^^

Yeah, gravity kiting and ranged damage is the way to go 100%, so if you want to do the 20's you're pretty limited on viable strategies. I've heard that SMN burn works well (6x SMN all spamming carby and rotating poison nails, staying out of range of breath attacks), but haven't tried it. That said, yes, they're definitely worthwhile to do, and the more profitable ones are pretty regularly camped these days.

The 40-cap ones in the 3 zones around Jeuno are good practice and generally low-risk (you'll probably want someone on the outside for Batallia to handle adds), though they're a bit tough without a good setup due to the 15-min time constraint (if you take any longer, you get no/very little loot.. pretty sure it's 15 mins for those). RDM x2 + RNG orBLM x4 works great if you happen to have that setup. A SMN is decent to have, too, though they're a bit less useful for the 40's than they are for the 50's and 60's (earthen ward is awesome, and shiva can SC with the RNG if you have BLM for MB). For the 50's/60's, BLM/RDM oughta be able to help land gravity, too, so you probably wouldn't need to worry about rolling two RDMs.

Most people that can do them are already capped on the gear they want, and the benefit to time ratio isn't worth it to get 6 people and split the profits.
