Greetings. I've been plagued with a problem, I can't access the North section of San D'oria, my game will crash into a "Downloading Data" screen whenever i dare get inside and so far my only fix has been using the "Unstuck" tool to remove myself from the area. As requested I took my gander at the troubleshooting configurations, specialy the ones involving "Downloading Data", but no positive results so far. I am pretty sure it's got nothing to do with the User data being corrupt. I still have missions and quest to finish and do in North San D'oria.

Does the game eventually stop loading and give you an error? Normally it should come back with an error code which will clue you in.

Yes, the game stops loading and it gives me the "3001 error" for being timed out. according to the config:troubleshooting :

"Try restarting your network adapter or router.
If this happens during character creation, it's because you can only have 1 character per game account.
The server or port is blocked on your networking. If you're tethering using your phone's internet, your mobile data provider may block the ports used by Nasomi. If you're on a work network, they may do the same thing. You may have even inadvertently blocked these yourself."

I did try restarting my router and adapter, I don't own a second character as of this moment (I did find a second one in the account when i bound it to the forums, but deleted it when faced with this issue, not sure if that has anything to do with it.), i doubt the server or port is blocked in my networking, otherwise i'd likely be facing this issue with other game areas, which is not the case.

Every zone is run on a unique port, so it's possible North Sandy specifically is blocked. What kind of net connection do you use?

I see, well I suppose I've learnt something today.

I'm connected through Wi-Fi with a range extender plugged to the desktop.

Can you try connecting from another machine or from another internet connection in general?

No other machine, at least, not mine. And no other internet connection.

Try to make sure that ports 56000-56300 are not blocked. North sandy is 56231

I'm not an expert on this, but I tried in "cmd" with "netstat -a -n" and couldn't find those ports. I've taken screenshots of it, if that's of any use.

Edit: I talked with my ISP, said they wouldn't give me the access nor open the ports for me. I'm a little frustrated. :( .

I've heard I could switch cities later on, So I figure I might do that, assuming there's no other way to solve this.
