That taru supposed to show up where it freezes I assume? Because that's the npc that was repurposed, name in log shows Atori-Tutori, now look at this viewtopic.php?f=16&t=3989

As you can see it's not a regular NPC found in Lower Jeuno : https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Lower_Jeuno It only appears in this cutscene, I have no clue how it all interacts but Nas modifying this NPC borked the cutscene.

Would be nice to have a centralized zone for party shouts and such, but why haven't the players taken their own initiative, to do this on their own? Like buburimu or some easy to get to zone, that just becomes the standard spot to go for /shouts, when/if toau comes back I think it will be the default, but until then, there's no reason not to make somewhere easy getting to, a fill in.

...Buburimu? Centralized?

Jeuno as a central hub (even in the Whitegate era, people were coming back and forth to shout to jeuno too) was supported by it being the chosen Auction Houser hub.
Having separate auction houses would most probably help with centralization. If we end up getting as many people as predicted, this may actually be not only possible but also needed.

Well, the Lower Jeuno AH actually has the advantage of having a 50% discount on all sales commissions so at the very least people go there to sell expensive stuff.

This is just a display bug. If you do the math, youll see it takes the same 10% as the rest.

This was announced and presented as a feature from nasomi that it would cost less but yea it does take what it normally would regardless of what it says.
