Hi I'm having issues with sandoria mission 2-2 I cannot turn Mythril Sand into Savae he will not accept it . I have talked to Pius and grom several time still nothing . I did try to change to Bastok and do the chain all again but I'm on a mission so I cannot immigrate . in short I'm stuck lol no idea what to do.

Hello! Can't you tell us in what order you talked to the NPC's? Apparently people were having the same problem back on retail but it had to do with the order in which they spoke to the NPCs:

Ok here's what happens. Savae > Good luck on your mission . Bastokers like to do things by the book so stay out of trouble and follow rules. Pius > Why are you still here ? The Musketeers are usually charged with giving out missions well anyway you want to talk to Grohm at the eatery good luck. Grohm > We have heard rumors that those dumb Quadav are acting organized there is even talk that they have a leader like in the great war ohh and there is a strange circle deep in the mines I'm sure you will find answers there . Good Luck. Savae > still will not accept trade . ???? = stuck.

Nas fixed this today. If you don't skip mission steps, it will work. Don't skip Pius. Don't skip Grohm.
