Am I crazy or did I have a bug:

I was leveling on Warrior with level 5 Great Axe. I was level 10, but the GA skill capped at 12? I thought it was an A+ weapon. I just dinged 11 and it started counting again, but why did that happen?

You can unequip and reequip anything that makes your character flash. It doesnt have to be your weapon. I unequip legs or feet so you dont lose tp.
