What you're asking for is literally not possible. That's why no one is trying to do that. What BLMs want is a Macc formula that doesn't make the job require perfect gear and max merits to be able to be effective at even entry level end game activities.

You're new here, so some context: we used to have something way overtuned/overpowered. It was obvious. No data collection necessary for it to get changed. Now we have something that's way unertuned/underpowered. It's also obvious. We'd all love to find a balance.

Isn't mount zhayolm a thing now? I can suggest a method, could just turn chat filters on in 2nd window, except damage and effects, and go solo wamouracampa for a couple of hours, I think that would give all the data you'd need to get a baseline for the math. BLM feels fine at 41, break point for int is a little hi, my galka doesn't do consistent damage with fire 2 until I break +30int vs ownm. Under +30 I get seemingly random nukes, 20 - 130, but above +30 I get pretty steady 90-130 with many 130s in a row. My blm is only 41 but this is something I noticed, which is all I can offer for input.

This made my day. Wolf and Maseki are right, but you're all fooling yourselves if you think M acc will ever be corrected.

WHY? Because players that think they are gms and long time vets that think they own the server would rather waste every second arguing over who had to walk the furthest in the snow to get to school.

The fact that we have a 6 page long thread to debate over the retail accuracy of a 6 DMG magic burst is proof to this point. The whole thing is so silly.

We all know it doesn't take a spreadsheet, parser, or team of actuaries to figure this one out. If you played retail, you simply know its wrong. Period. The same can be said for playing on Nasomi, if you've been here long enough, you know very well it remain broken because this is Nasomi 2018 era ffxi, not retail.

My 2cents on the 6 damage mb; iirc nukes can be resisted 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, and in order for resists below 1/2 to happen, you have to fail your macc check against the mob in succession, and even with relatively low acc, the probability you get 1/16th is so ridiculously low (you take your check % and multiply it by itself FOUR times). It's so low that I don't ever remember (because I don't have my chatlogs from 10 years ago viol) getting more than a 1/2 resist with proper hnm nuking gear). With almost perfect gear minus and aureole and elemental earring (and still with +10 more int that you would get in retail, on a taru), 1/2 resists are the standard, with full (i.e. 1/16) not uncommon, that means acc is very low here in order for 1/16ths to relatively consistently occur, or there is incorrect coding with macc checks.

Was basically laughed at in naschat when we said the last adjustment was hecky. Even with ES, you can get resisted often enough for it to be noticeable and not a freak occurrence. IT'S HECKED.
