Pathing to the website, PSN, and several others are getting knackered up atm. Haven't dug too deep into it yet because only have the phone to work with right now. Most likely it is something up between Level3 and/or AT&T down there... we see routing go tits up through there every couple months.

Passing through North Carolina via Cogent/TATA appears fine though. If sites have suddenly become inaccessible, can try a VPN service. Several have free use terms that can carry you until they get it sorted out.

If it doesn't resolve itself by dinner time, may want to submit a trouble ticket with your ISP's Tier3 support.

If you're having issues connecting today, Cloudflare was implemented to prevent the DDoS attacks. You can wait for the new DNS to propagate naturally but you can try to flush your dns too once in a while: open up cmd.exe and type ipconfig /flushdns

Yeah... looks like our AT&T is lagging a bit in updating tables. Ran into it at the Burger King next door too

Connected to the Spectrum Wi-Fi and it resolved properly. BGP lookups out west were properly pathing through the jessica/thomas cloudfares. Just the southeast seems to be lagging a bit. Hopefully they all get the announcements before primetime.
