Not quite ready to start endgame, but want to make meriting more enjoyable so I'm looking to purchase either.

5% attack speed is 5% attack speed. Accuracy is capped while meriting so for my purposes they are roughly the same. The big difference being that I'm sure many Dynamis shells have AF2 drop to the ground free lot while Haidate is probably relatively coveted still.

Couple more reasons why Haidate is way better than Koga, but I do agree one would probably run you nothing, and the other might cost you a couple mil.

15 Dex is also more than just "hitting the accuracy cap" 50 lightning resist is also nice against the most damaging group of spells in the game.

To be frank I didn't need convincing either. I already specified I wanted Haidate in my OP. Both of you just came in and hijacked the thread. I already understood that strictly speaking haidate was better and weather or not Koaga's are trash buying them is still my prerogative. If you don't have an offer, please just leave the thread alone for people that do.

Saying 5% attack speed is 5% attack speed makes me think you need convincing.
