The Camera view, the R-Stick, is never neutral. It's always "down" even if I raise it, it just drops back down to a useless view point. Advice?

Hi, had the same problem, try the pre set configurations for different controllers, when you find the one that has both sticks functioning properly then set the buttons as you please. Hope that helps.
