Just gonna give my 2cents, based on experiences in other games, especially World of Warcraft.

The fact that you stated that you logged into a completely different city, does not bode well. Sounds exactly like what I experienced upon logging on, the times my acct had been compromised. So sorry that happened to ya.

Just in case I looked at Mog Locker, but as I expected, I haven't ever had access to it. I haven't even had a chance to make it to Whitegate yet.

Knarlfist--yeah... that's the biggest flag for me. One of those things you gloss over at first but later on become "now that you mention it..." moments. Of course I can't be 100% that's what happened.

Oh... just discovered I also lost 2x sniper's rings. Not +1s... so odd.

I had the exact same experience when I logged on on 12/19. I disconnected in Wajaom (I believe) on 12/18 and reconnected in my mog house on 12/19 missing my most expensive item but nothing else (that I've noticed yet). I've messaged nas about it daily, but haven't had any response to speak of.

Been a known bug for some time now. Nothing happens when you do see it.


This happened to me once many months ago. It did let me log all the way in to their character (I promptly logged out).

I've never shared my account info. Changing my password makes sense... but depending on the issue, may not solve anything. The issue may require a reformat (or, at least, better anti-virus software than I have)... or maybe even something more drastic.

Well at least I know I'm not alone...but two weeks with no response does not give me a lot of hope. Sucks to be us!

As I said a while back, I've never shared account info or my account, nor logged on from any computer not my own. Of course I changed my password immediately.

I guess somebody's found a nice balance of just plucking enough items to fly under the Nas radar.

Just a bump to say this also happened (almost exactly) to the character Stunod. It looks like somebody has a way to sniff out passwords or something.
