I keep getting the same error everytime i zone in MH in Sandy (from any zone)

Error code: FFXI-2003
Failed to read data.

Then i have to use the unstuck tool to be able to log back in.

Failed to read data means the files that are trying to be loaded for the Sandy MH are corrupt or missing.

Did you install any sort of HD texture pack etc? Try undoing that. Reinstalling should also give you all the game files back as well.
