Is JeJ bugged? Or can someone confirm if this guy is a 12/16/24hr forced spawn or timed spawn? I think its bugged but looking for anyone with info. Thanks

Someone in my LS found him up 2 days ago so it's not busted. Pretty sure JeJ is 100% lottery though so it can take a long time to pop again.

Never seen him up but there are a few charms. So, there is a way to get him to pop I guess.
